Synopsis

Miyu, a young woman living in the city, and Daru, an elderly black cat, have been together since Miyu’s childhood. As Miyu faces the troubles and pains of living alone in society, Daru feels helpless in his old age to give her any comfort. In his last days, however, the two companions reflect on their memories together, remembering their own loneliness in their youth, and the small but cherished company they had found in one another.
